Fantastic Week
The Cinnamon Beach House is a great property for mixed aged group. It is very spacious so there is room to spread out. My whole family loved the house. The main living area is on the second floor with beautiful views and the third floor patio is an amzing place to relax and unwind. There's even an elevator. It offers every amenity you could want while on vacation. We can't wait to return!

Relaxing getaway
We had a great time at this home. The walk to the beach was pleasant and not far at all.
The house was comfy and we had plenty of room to both spread out and gather together. Our kids loved the pool and the older adults appreciated the elevator. The house was full of items to make the stay comfortable and truly homelike.
We had prompt and exceedingly pleasant communication with the property owner before and during our stay. Can’t wait to return!

Four bedrooms make it ideal for extended families. Location is close to amenities. Our grandchildren loved the pool, they were in it every day.

The Best House on VRBO
This house and property was amazing. The house looks exactly like the photos - and is clean and very well-stocked.
The beds are very comfy, lots of soft nice towels and the kitchen has everything you need. Also, the owner has stocked the garage full of anything and everything you might want for the beach, pool for kids or infants and anything else you could think of.
The pool was awesome and we spent a lot of time in the hot tub. We rode the bikes, played pickeball near by and used the chairs and umbrellas at the beach. The owner was wonderful to deal with and was on top of everything. The community is a gated community and everyone was very friendly. We loved this house and hope to come back soon!

AMAZING!!!!!
We had an utterly amazing experience! John was an exceptional host, and his home is hands down the best I have stayed at through VRBO. He was very easy to communicate with prior to our arrival and during our stay.
The home was impeccably clean and very comfortable. The amenities went above and beyond our expectations. We spent a great deal of time in the sparkling salt water pool!!
I would HIGHLY recommend the Cinnamon Beach House to anyone looking for a remarkably well cared for home in a beautiful, seaside community!!! I will certainly look forward to this being our next vacation destination if it is available! Again, many thanks John!!!

Beautiful home
The house has decks on every level with wonderful views (3rd floor!), large pool with outdoor kitchen area, and an open space second floor living/dinning/kitchen area wonderful for family groups to enjoy their time together. Fully equipped kitchen with paper products, lots of utensils and drinkware, lovely dishware . Also fun extras such as new beach gear, bikes, etc.

Luxury Life
The home is gorgeous and spotless. We are clean freaks and no one had a negative word. It is spacious and modern with all the amenities one might need - to include puzzles/games, top of the line kitchen appliances, and hairdryers in each bathroom. The layout of the home allowed for togetherness as well as privacy. You could function easily without disturbing others and the beds were very comfortable. The homeowner has great attention to detail: labeling all light switches and providing detailed instructions (with pictures) of each remote control. This was incredibly helpful and saved us lots of headache! He also provided detailed instructions prior to arrival and suggestions of attractions and restaurants. This made planning a breeze and we enjoyed several of the restaurants on the list - nothing disappointed! He was easy to reach and quick to respond. All of these small details certainly add up and contributed to a fantastic week in the lap of luxury. The neighborhood is gorgeous with an air of seclusion while being close to plenty of restaurants and attractions. The best of both worlds. You will not be disappointed with the Cinnamon Beach House!

Amazing Property!
What a wonderful home in a beautiful beach community! My family travels a lot and has stayed many places. This home is definitely at the top of our list as far as the nicest beach home we’ve stayed in. Beautiful views, plenty of very well-appointed Indoor and outdoor space and a very short walk to the beach. John, the owner, is very attentive and helpful. WOW what a wonderful home
WOW What a wonderful home and wonderful location for some R&R. I really can't say enough about this house: - Sparkling clean - Pool was FANTASTIC - Beach was even closer than we imagined - Very spacious and comfortable for all the guests - Patios galore! Tons of outdoor space and grill - Beautiful kitchen / tools / amenities for cooking during COVID ;) - Excellent communication and instructions on the home and area The list goes on. We booked (very!) last minute and John and Cindy responded immediately to accommodate us. If they will have us, we cannot wait to get back.

Beautiful home
Our family vacation in John and Cindy’s home was awesome. The home is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed to have a wonderful time at the beach. It was an easy walk to the beach. The indoor space and outdoor space of their home was perfect. The pool was refreshing and great to have with little ones who needed naps. We loved that the outdoor space was shaded in the late afternoon and evenings for sitting out and having a little “happy hour” before we started cooking dinner. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook delicious meals...and we are foodies. The gathering areas inside of the house are nice and comfortable. We had fun putting together a puzzle during the week on the main floor coffee table. The bedrooms and beds are very comfortable. You will certainly enjoy a relaxing vacation while in this home.

I want to take the time to tell you how much we enjoyed your rental for the week of Labor Day. Our family has rented many houses for vacations over the years and this was by far the best! The kitchen is the most furnished with all necessities that we have experienced. There was a huge selection of spices, coffee (so that we could avoid that first day rush to the grocery store), and trash bags to get us started! There was a beach cart, large cooler, bicycles, beach chairs, beach towels and floats for us to use. The convenient layout of the home and the elevator made the house a great gathering place for our family. We were concerned about the distance to the beach but it was a short walk to the beach and we especially enjoyed the amenities of the club house pools. I hope you will share this review with your prospective renters so they can be assured of the great deal they are getting.

What a wonderful surprise
I have stayed at Cinnamon Beach House with my two children earlier this year and then returned for a girls weekend this fall. It was more than perfect both times. My children and I had plenty of room to relax and have fun. We went to St. Augustine and took in all the sights. The local area is awesome as well and Flagler Beach is a woot. We all loved the close proximity to the beach and how secluded it is. The house is beautifully decorated and clean. The beach chairs and toys in the garage was such a nice surprise. Looking forward to returning.

Beach house with everything
We rented this for a group of friends to get together. House had everything needed for a relaxing beach day or a swim in the pool. Balconies and seating made for enjoyable evenings with room for everyone to be together or grab a quiet corner. Tv’s, music system, grill area, gave us all the toys needed ...with the kitchen fitted to handle a casual lunch, dinner party or even cake making, its stocked!....we really enjoyed out time!

Unbelievably Wonderful Vacation Rental ***** STARS
My wife, kids and I have rented several vacation homes in the past, this is by far the very best vacation rental that we've ever experienced. The house is gorgeous with plenty of room of the six of us.
The owners are a delight to work with, they are quick to respond to any questions, sent everything to us in a timely manner (rare in this industry) and they checked in with us during our stay to ensure that we were having a pleasant stay.
We can gladly recommend this vacation beach house to anyone looking for an upscale beach getaway and we look forward to visiting here again and staying in this beautiful beach house.

Spacious, lovely home.
This is a tech-filled beach house with everything you could want. Located about 1/4 mile from the pools and beach access, it’s an easy walk or drive. We are a family of 5 and walked every day, towing the owner’s wagon filled with chairs and beach gear, along with a cooler on wheels (also provided by owner). If you have a family member with mobility issues, the elevator will easily solve that problem. This was our 3rd visit to Cinnamon Beach - the other times we stayed in the nearby condos. The community is extremely well managed, quiet and secure. There is a Publix grocery store 5 mins away, so you never have to leave the island. John was easy to work with and helpful. Highly recommend.

Overall great. Not fond of the gate process. This may be just be me but rather stay in neighborhood then development. It rained a lot so having news channels on tv would have been nice. Overall very nice though.

Wonderful home in expanding community..
The Cinnamon Beach House exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean and well equipped . We enjoyed the quite beach. It slopes gently so it is excellent for children. St. Augustine is close with interesting things to do and great restaurants .We have been renting beach houses for many years and this is by far the best.

Beautiful house, wonderful features, perfect location!
Absolutely beautiful house. It's a short walk to the beach, and an even shorter walk to the clubhouse pool, restaurant, gym, etc. In case anyone is wondering about the layout of the house, there are 2 bedrooms on the bottom floor (one queen bed in one room & then 2 twin beds in the other room). The sliding glass doors leading out to the pool have child proof locks on them, which is great peace of mind if you have kids sleeping on this level. The middle level has the kitchen, family room, and an extremely spacious master suite. The top level has a big bed and a pull out queen sofa (in the same room).
The house was well stocked with just about everything you could imagine for a peaceful week at the beach. The owner was great & made sure we had everything we needed, including fast access passes to get you entry into the private & gated community
We have stayed at alot of various beaches up & down the east coast and this one was one of the best. Definitely highly recommended!

Great FL Vacation
The family and I enjoyed a terrific week long vacation in FL and this was the perfect house to stay in. Close proximity to the beach yet with a nice secluded location for quiet and relaxation. The house is well appointed and most of the household items we traditionally need to bring to a home we not needed. Kitchen items, night lights, and beach accessories were all readily available. We had the beach, a pool, easy drive to Disney, and just a beautiful and very comfortable house to stay in. The huge upper deck and the deck right off of the main living area were great places to relax and play games with the kids. The house also had plenty of space to spread out in which was also nice. John checking in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well was a very much appreciated . First time in the Palm Coast area and really liked it and when we come back we know where we will be staying.

Spacious with every comfort of home!!
We really enjoyed our stay at Palm Coast. The house was immaculate and we spent more time in the kitchen and pool than at the beach itself! The only reason I did not rate this five stars is that it was a bit of a walk to the beach but it really didn't matter because the owners thought of everything! There was a cart and beach chairs in the garage that made the short walk to ocean easier. We will definitely stay again!!

Fantastic, fun and total relaxation!
We are a family of 4 with 2 college aged sons. We were joined by another couple. The house was absolutely fabulous, with a super stocked kitchen, truly comfortable beds, and plenty of space for everyone. Mornings were spent on the huge deck with a cup of coffee. Then down to the beach with the chairs provided to watch the ocean, people watch(not too many which is great!) and collect shells and seaglass. We cooked dinner in about half of the nights and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Truly one of our top 3 vacations and we have traveled extensively!! We can't recommend this house enough for making wonderful memories! John was great to work with. As my husband likes to say - "Just do it!" You won't regret renting this house.

Lovely home!
Location, location, location. This home is beautifully decorated, it was very clean, very well maintained, and had everything anyone would need to enjoy their stay. The kitchen has all the necessities and then some. There are books, games, wi-fi, beach chairs, beach towels, beautiful decks, etc. We went to decompress from a busy and stressful schedule so we didn't go anywhere other than Publix while we were there. We just enjoyed the beach and did some surf fishing - and caught a ton of fish. The owner John is very responsive to any need - any suggestion or request we made was promptly acted on. At John's suggestion, we had Carolyn from Hammock Wine & Cheese come in and cook us a wonderful seafood dinner on our last night, delicious, fun, decadent and so easy to enjoy.

Very well maintained, comfortable & relaxing stay
We had a family of eight and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our week at this well appointed home. The owner was gracious and very attentive to any needs that we might have had during our stay (we did not have any, since the property was in excellent condition). There are many amenities for a family to enjoy, such as beach chairs, a grill and other beach items. The pool was also an added feature when the weather on the beach was too hot or windy. We would all do it again in a moment's notice.

The Perfect House for a Perfect Thanksgiving
My family spent a week at the Cinnamon Beach House, November 19 to 26, 32016 and it could not have been more enjoyable. My husband, three grown children and I all had plenty of space. The pool was beautiful as was the location on the lake. We were there for a Thanksgiving vacation. The comfortable house, kitchen, pool, porch etc. provided plenty of space for entertaining. We hosted Thanksgiving dinner for the entire family of 10 and we had a great time (other family members stayed in the condo's and were so jealous of us).

Great family house and fantastic neighborhood and community. We loved everything about it.
This was a small family gathering that we all loved. We found this home to be top notch and just what we wanted at only a 4 minute stroll to the beach. When we arrived we found the home clean (I am very particular and I was extremely pleased) and everything they said it would be. The kitchen was fully supplied with dishes, pots & pans, utensils and even a Kitchenaid mixer. There were plenty of linens and bath towels. We loved that the owner provided separate beach towels and beach chairs we had 7 people with 2 being children so there was a lot of beach and pool time. The neighborhood was very nice and we loved that we had access to the fitness room and the pool there. Great area for walking. Publix, the local grocery, was only a few minutes away so that was very convenient. The owner, John was excellent and very easy to work with. We would definitely rent this home again and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Wonderful Vacation Home!
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. This house has amazing views of the lakes and ocean. The house is very spacious. There were two families staying here and there was more than enough room for everyone. The house was very clean and very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The pool area was perfect for us! Our families swam and soaked up the Florida sun every day. There is a fun activity center for kids of all ages within walking distance. Cinnamon Beach House is a Gem
This was a dream vacation. We booked this 9 months in advance and were so pleased with our stay. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and never felt crowded, it was spacious and absolutely beautiful. The ocean is not crowded and when you're done there you can head back home for a swim in the pool. We had high expectations but this place surpassed them and we are looking forward to going back!

Relaxing Wonderful Florida Beach House
My husband and I spent 2 relaxing weeks at this lovely beach house in Cinnamon Beach. I so enjoyed mornings sipping coffee on the 3rd floor deck with lovely views as the sun rose reflecting over the lake and pool! A great way to start the day! The house had way more room than we needed, but it was comfortable, well stocked, and with nice amenities - spices, coffee pot, napkins, paper towels, hair dryer, etc. An easy, clean and comfortable house! For my husband, there were several golf courses nearby that he enjoyed. We were also within a short drive to area sightseeing, friends, restaurants and St Augustine.

An Outstanding Vacation Rental Home In Cinnamon Beach
This the 3rd year we have rented a home in the Palm Coast area and we all agreed that Cinnamon Beach House was the best. Since the other two homes were directly on the beach we did not think this would be the case, but your place was superior in so many other respects that we fell in love with it. In fact we liked the views better, especially at night.
As the organizer of our trips I found it especially enjoyable to be interfacing directly with the owner. He had much more information than most rental companies provide and didn't have to check with anyone before responding to our questions and or requests. It felt more like visiting the home of a friend.
The house is very nicely decorated, has a lovely well equipped kitchen, and a flexible bedroom layout. The pool is delightful and our 9 and 12 year old granddaughters were happy to play in it when the grownups didn't want to head for the beach first thing in the morning.There was much more beach equipment than the previous houses supplied and the views from the top floor deck were awesome.
If you enjoy bike riding, there are a large number of paved trails, allowing you to bike to Publix, through the woods, or down to the beach.
If we return to Florida next year, Cinnamon Beach House will be our rental of choice.

The outside of the house as well as the interior are very well maintained with very nice furniture, great beds, and a wonderfully equipped kitchen and laundry. The beach was great and we loved that many days we were almost alone. The grocery store and several good restaurants were close by, and St Augustine and Flagler Beach were just a short drive for shopping and dining. Great house with lots of room and the owner was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. We would certainly recommend this vacation house to anyone and hope to return again sometime soon.

Great Beach Home for leisurely, comfy vacation
We have stayed at the Cinnamon Beach House twice now and cannot say enough about this house and the wonderful owners. The house is beautiful and perfect for a stay at the beach. The rooms are large, clean and perfectly decorated. The owner goes out of his way to insure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. We feel totally at home when we stay at the Cinnamon Beach House and we know that we will stay there again many more times!

Excellent place to stay
This place was everything we wanted, and more we all enjoyed this house so much. The layout was awesome, and there were plenty of games to keep the kids busy when they weren’t enjoying the pool and spa. John the owner was available throughout our stay, and checked in with us to make sure he was available if we needed anything. Bonus- we enjoyed the items in the garage for the beach, as well as some of the spices and condiments that were there. We will absolutely be staying here again the next time we visit the area.

ABOVE AND BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS!!
We chose this property for the size the views and the amenities. The pictures are beautiful online, but this property is absolutely breathtaking! We had three couples staying in the house and we all were more than comfortable, everyone had their own private space and basically our own private floors. We stayed at the house every night, cooked on the outdoor grill and hung out around the pool or on the 3rd floor patio and just relaxed. It is the best house by far that we have ever vacationed at. I can't say enough about John, the owner. He was always easy to get a hold of prior to us arriving and quick on the responses. There weren’t any issues prior to, on our arrival, with the stay or the house. Our idea of a perfect vacation, thank you.

Splendid, secure and superb luxury.
The Cinnamon Beach House occupies a prime site in the immaculately maintained gated community of Cinnamon Beach Resort. The house is well furnished and equipped and the pool and spa are a pure joy overlooking a gorgeous lake. The property lends itself to a luxurious, secure and comfortable holiday. The owners could not be more helpful and took a genuine interest in making our vacation trouble free and relaxing. We never needed to call on them during our stay but it was comforting to know that we could if we needed them. After many years of vacationing in Florida we can say that this property will take some beating for quality, service and location. It is without doubt the best property that we’ve found to date for a vacation.

One of the Best Experiences We Have Ever Had.
I just wanted to say thank you for a fabulous stay. We rent beach homes often, and this was by far one of the best experiences we have ever had. Six of us enjoyed the beautiful home and found it to be extremely well equipped. From the game closet to the kitchen items - it was absolutely perfect.
Your exquisite attention to detail was noticed and appreciated. We spent a great deal of time on the beach, which was so clean and private.

INCREDIBLE spot for the perfect vacation!
From the moment we walked into this home, my entire family was in awe of the perfection of every area. This house has everything to make your vacation the incredible experience you are looking for. There are so many wonderful areas where family members can gather together --- or get away on their own. There are two separate family areas, four very generous bedrooms with comfortable beds and great bathrooms, a huge kitchen, gorgeous pool area.... and the highlight is the exceptional amount of decks, patios and outdoor kitchen spaces. What a wonderful feature it is to have an elevator in the home for getting that luggage up to the gorgeous third floor suite...with the most spacious patio we have ever seen in a home. In the morning, we woke up to the extraordinary sunrises while sitting on the patio. Throughout the day, we loved spending time in the pool and the hot tub, and by evening we enjoyed grilling our meals poolside at the outdoor kitchen. We kept saying to each other "Does it get any better than this?!"

The home is in a beautiful community surrounded by other lovely homes and is a short walk to the beach and community center. Restaurants and shopping are a short drive away. A great family field trip was spending a day in nearby St. Augustine, which is a charming and interesting city.
As important as the space is to us, it is equally important that we enjoy our vacation in a home that is well maintained and clean. Pride of ownership is evident in this home to an incredible degree. John and Cindy have attended to every detail to make the accommodations as perfect as possible for their guests. We will come back to this home for our vacation for as many years as possible.

This house is the place for anyone looking for a slice of heaven to relax and enjoy a vacation. I felt more than safe and secure staying here as there are not only one but two gates to ensure privacy and protection. The first gate is manned by very pleasant guards who help make the check in experience easy and dare I say enjoyable. As I pulled into the driveway I knew we were in for quite the vacation spot. The first floor has a very comfortable lounge area complete with a flat screen TV and some game consoles as well as two comfortable size bedrooms a bathroom and laundry room. The second floor is the main living area as well as master bedroom and bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end utilities and luxuries. There is a nice deck off the living area where my family enjoyed morning coffees and many meals looking out at the pond in front of the house, also a great spot to watch others enjoying the pool while staying safe enough from splashing distance. The third floor has a large bedroom with attached bath, I would say a second master suite. But the real gem is the deck on the third floor, it is HUGE! part of the deck is covered which was nice for when a break from the sun is needed or when we got a bit of a rain shower but still wanted to be out in the fresh air. The other area of the deck is open and I have to say a nice spot to catch some rays as well as great views of the community and the beach. I was lucky enough to catch a couple sunrises from this deck to really top off our stay.

And that was only some of the positives I have to say about the house. In addition to a great house, this was a very friendly community to stay in. Everyone we encountered was more than friendly and happy to help with any questions we had. There are two community pools as well as hot tubs and a gym, oh and a beach with ocean if your feeling that you've run out of swimming options. Outside of the house and cinnamon beach community my family enjoyed Marineland just a few miles down the road where we were able to learn about and watch dolphins play. We also enjoyed spending time in St Augustine which was a quick and easy drive under 30 min away.
I can't recommend this place more highly for anyone looking for a nice quiet vacation spot that feels away from it all but at the same time has more than you need in such a small proximity. Oh and one last thing, if you like BBQ go about a mile north on A1A to Captains BBQ at Bing's Landing.
Spacious and Comfortable!!!
I traveled from Connecticut with family to celebrate my Birthday with one of my Son's who lives in Palm Coast, and although there home is cute it could not accommodate us all. I found this home for Rent and it was PERFECT! We each had our own bedroom and bathroom that were well appointed. A Kitchen with every gadget to make you the Chef you always wanted to be. The biggest problem was deciding which living space to hang out in, the unbelievable third floor deck with Ocean Views, the open concept Living Room and Kitchen with huge sliding doors to the balcony with a great view or the first floor family room that opens to the Outdoor Kitchen with heated pool and spa! Everyone felt right at home. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone!

Relax and enjoy the beautiful Atlantic coast from this beautiful, comfortable home
Four generations of my family thoroughly enjoyed a week at Cinnamon Beach from this wonderful property. We arrived to a very clean and organized house. Everything you will need is here. Amazing large outdoor areas, very comfortable living areas, great kitchen and eating nook. Dining area sat all of us! The 3rd floor guest suite is fantastic and was a great spot for our older daughter to relax and enjoy time away from the older folks! Bedrooms were very spacious, bathrooms are all beautiful. Owner of this property is a responsive communicator, and even checked in on us the first day to be sure we found everything. The short walk to a beautiful beach is another high point - very much enjoyed by all but especially my older parents who could still easily walk there, and my youngest daughter with 2 year old grandson! The pool area is beautiful and the grill worked perfectly. Grilling out and enjoying the meal on the pool patio is a real treat! Again, plenty of seating. The house has many unique areas to escape to, so even large groups are not in each other's way unless they want to be. Porches (4 total are huge), lawn, living room, family room, bedrooms, veranda deck, kitchen eating nook.... We appreciated all the work the owners have done to make the property comfortable and organized! Expectations at move out day are clearly presented, so no guessing and allows each move IN day to be as awesome as ours was! We enjoyed Cinnamon Beach and the surrounding area. I would highly recommend this rental - you will love the area AND the house!

Great house for family of 8, home has everything and the views are unbelievable - a 5-Star Vacation!
We loved this home and the vacation it afforded the entire family. The home itself is gorgeous, every room is so well decorated and furnished. Plenty of room for the entire eight of us. We had fun cooking by the pool, evenings in the spa, cocktails on the third floor veranda and the views are outstanding.
My wife absolutely loved the home, especially the master bedroom.
The beach and recreation area is less than the reported 900 steps, my son counted them.
We forgot the gate code one night but the security guard was so nice and helpful.
A really great place, a really great house, a really great vacation.

Vacation home or episode of MTV Cribs?
Stayed here with my family for the Daytona 500. First things first, we pull up to the gatehouse and are greeted by the friendliest security guard ever. The registration process was easy and we were directed through the gates and towards this amazing getaway. We pulled up to the driveway, just a quick trip through the second set of gates (this place is exclusive) and arrived swiftly at the house. Mom and Dad were footing the bill and got the master suite (the bathroom of which is about the size of my entire Boston apartment), and I ended up getting the third-floor bedroom. I was dreading the idea of lugging my stuff all the way up to the third floor until I realized there was a freakin' elevator in the house. Where am I? the Ritz-Carlton? I loaded everything into this majestic mahogany telephone booth and ascended to the penthouse. I stepped off the elevator and what do I see? A panoramic view of the neighborhood, the lake, and the ocean beyond! Breathtaking. The next day we drove over to the local packie (that's a liquor store for those of you not from New England) and stocked up for a day at the track. The drive to and from the Speedway was very easy considering that essentially the population of a mid-sized city was descending upon it that day. We had a great time at the race and were back home in time to grill up some luscious steaks in the well-appointed outdoor kitchen. After the hoopla of the big event we spent the next few days just lounging around, it was warm enough there in February to spend time at the pool. Did I mention the house has a pool? Also, there are two more pools in the neighborhood, one for the kiddos complete with a water feature and one for quiet reflection. The quiet pool on the oceanside is gorgeous! Aside from the pools and neighborhood amenities, there are also some really cool nature trails to explore. In the middle of the week, we decided we needed a little excitement so we headed into St. Augustine. What a cool city!!! We went to Ripley's Believe it or Not and walked around the old town. On the way out of town, we noticed the alligator park and decided to return the next day. This place lets you zip line over the alligator pits, how fun! In summary, this place was amazing, close to two fun vacation destinations, and removed enough for a truly relaxing vacation. I would definitely stay here again!

We Did NOT Want to Leave! A slice of Heaven.
This really is the perfect home. We felt like we were living the HGTV dream.
Bedrooms are spread out so that everybody felt like they had their own space. Quality beds & linens made it easy to sleep in or enjoy a luxurious siesta (though the 3rd floor terrace & the pool are also mighty fine locations for napping). The kitchen would thrill any chef. The kids will enjoy the community pool and beach but don't whine too much when it's time to go back to the house since they can keep on swimming at "home". The elevator not only made hauling in/out all of the luggage easy but also impressed my 10 year old son to no end.
The owners, John & Cindy, were also amazing. This was the first time I've rented directly from the owner instead of a management company and what a difference! They answered all my questions promptly and didn't tack on all sorts of unexpected charges.

Spotlessly clean with all the amenities!
This house is full of wonderful surprises and cozy spaces! When we walked in, we noticed the beautiful floors and welcoming den for watching the game. I was so glad to be there that I was ready to sink down on the couch immediately. But, there was so much more! Located off the den are two spacious, attractive bedrooms. Just beyond the den, is the deck with a beautiful pool and Jacuzzi on the back veranda. It favorite spot to sit in the sung. Even better, enjoying the evenings in the Jacuzzi!
One floor up is the main living area with a fully equipped kitchen including an induction stove! There is another large room for gathering and a wonderful surround sound TV. In addition to a dining table and bar, there is a a deck for outdoor dining. The master suite is spacious and, as with the entire house, beautifully decorated.
The third floor holds a queen suite and, the elevator came in handy to get our bags upstairs! Outside the suite is another huge veranda with more seating for a meals, plenty of lounging and a beautiful hammock. We enjoyed a wonderful full moon rise and several glasses of wine from this spot. Other than the Jacuzzi, this was my favorite place to read, nap and hang out with family.
The house sits by a lake and is just a block from the pool and recreation center. A few steps beyond that is the beach.
The house was clean and in perfect order so, we were able to enjoy the week worry free. The owners responded quickly to our inquiry and patiently answered all our questions. Cinnamon Beach is quiet and clean. The grocery store is very close. There are good restaurants, beautiful parks and tourist attractions close by. But, we were so comfortable at the house that we didn't wander far.

Great family vacation house
Second time renting this beautiful home and it won't be our last. My parents love that there is an elevator which helps my mom get from floor to floor easily, our kids love their kid's space on 1st floor and I love the master bedroom, kitchen, porches and private pool area.
A highlight of this trip was conquering the zip line course at the Alligator Farm in St Augustine. We loved the challenge of the course while taking in all the scenes of birds, turtles and yes alligators all 20 feet below. Three months later and the kids are still talking about this daily.
Anyone looking for a dream vacation, this delightful home will meet your needs. The beach, the facilities and the amenities of the house aare unmatched by anywhere else we have stayed.

Everything was wonderful! House was everything We'd hoped it would be and more! If the weather would have been as great as the house it would of been perfect but that's the chance you take going to Florida end of November! Our family really enjoyed it! Best Vacation Ever
We absolutely loved the Cinnamon Beach House. This is our third summer at this magnificent home. It is the perfect place for three couples who vacation together each year. The kitchen is to die for, the guys love the BIG HDTV's, the girls love shopping at the Outlet Malls in St. Augustine just 20 minutes up the road.
It's great fun to spend an afternoon at the beach then working our way back to Cinnamon Beach House by first visiting the big lap pool by the ocean, then walking across the street and taking drip in the second family pool and then coming home and enjoying the private pool as the guys cook in the outdoor kitchen.
My husband's favorite was driving a race car at Daytona Speedway (what a guy thing).
We can't wait to come back to the Cinnamon Beach House next year and do it all over again. This really is the Best Vacation Ever.

Great house for vacation
Our family of 7 adults stayed at Cinnamon Beach House and truly enjoyed the experience. We like to cook and found the kitchen to be better equipped than most rentals. The kitchen, dining and family room layout is ideal and the TV there is a real attraction. It was our first visit to Cinnamon Beach and we loved the area. It is an easy walk to the beach and having the pool Oceanside meant everyone was happy. We spent one day touring in St. Augustine and a very entertaining day at the Kennedy Space Center (do not miss!).

Cinnamon Beach House is quite lovely. It is beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings. The kitchen could not be better appointed, nor well-stocked - great! The three levels of outdoor spaces are amazing, especially the third floor deck. Views of the water, including peeks of the Atlantic! Master bedroom and bath are quite nice, including a Jacuzzi tub.

The best place in Florida
The Cinnamon Beach House was wonderful! Our family loved everything about it. We had 4 couples and a baby and there was more than enough room to accommodate us all. My daughter from Chicago stayed upstairs in the 2nd master bedroom and it worked out perfect for her to spend time with the family but also use this space to get some work done. The pool area was great with the spa, outdoor kitchen, and outdoor bathroom. The kitchen allowed us all to help cook an sit at the table together as a family of 9. The very short walk to the beach was great too we were afraid this would be a hassle not being directly on the beach but we enjoyed the house so much the distance was no problem at all. We simply walked to the clubhouse and enjoyed all of those amenities as well. We will be booking this same house again next summer because we enjoyed it that much! Loved This Place
From beginning to end, we had a great experience in Palm Coast. The community is very welcoming and secure. And the house was wonderful -- comfortable, great kitchen, wonderful views and a lot of extra conveniences. Our family loved staying at Cinnamon Beach House!
Our family of 6 adults and four young children recently stayed at Cinnamon Beach House and it was wonderful! The outside living really made the stay ideal for us. We cooked out several evenings in the poolside outdoor kitchen while the kids swam. Then we ate dinner on the large dinner table that is also poolside. We retired many evenings to the third floor partially covered lanai to relax and enjoy the views of the Atlantic. It was handy to have another outdoor fridge there where we could grab a water, beer or pour a glass of wine. The interior was decorated in a lovely style and the house was very well maintained and impeccably cleaned. The kids also loved the community pool which we had access to. We spent our mornings on the beach, which was a close walk, then went to the community pool where the kids loved the zero entry pool and the kids splash area. We enjoyed the poolside cafe for food and drinks. We spent most late afternoons by our private pool and that was handy while some of the kids napped. It was truly a relaxing, convenient vacation.

Great family vacation
This is our 2nd stay at this property and our 3rd at Cinnamon Beach, and we are already planning for the next trip. We stayed for 2 weeks, one with just our immediate family, and in the second week with extended family. Even with 4 kids from 4 to 12 years old and 5 adults this house works well. It is well appointed and well looked after, and close enough to everything, though not as close as other properties. We did have to purchase a sharp kitchen knife, which we happily left behind, but other than that kitchen is very well outfitted. Pool is lovely, and out of the sun most if the day, which we prefer. Nothing but good to report on this property.

The house is very fresh with all the amenities to enjoy your stay. Pool was great, hot tub was good but no jets. Outdoor grill and wet bar area is great. 4 minute walk to ocean. I would recommend this house to anyone.

We loved the convenience of having a private pool and also enjoyed the 2 other pools in the resort as well. This was our first trip to Cinnamon Beach and we loved it. The beach is beautiful, uncongested, and just a short walk away. If you don't rent this home, you're really missing out on a gem. We'll be back.

Cinnamon Beach Home Vacation
This rental property is a 10. The home is beautiful and equipped with everything you can think of. We spent a lot of time at the pool and summer kitchen area. The technology in the home is very advanced, I would suggest keeping the 3 ring notebook handy that comes with the home, it has a lot of useful information on how to make things work. Our family loved this home very much. We all meet in Palm Coast, and have stayed at several homes, and even a couple of condos in Ocean Hammock. This home by far met and exceeded our expectations. Great vacation
We had a great time at the Cinnamon Beach house. it has a great view to the pond and short walk to the beach. the children enjoyed the swimming pool, the beautiful landscape of the neighborhood. A Publix grocery is only two miles away, very convenient. We also enjoyed the views from the third floor deck, I took great picture from there, we highly recommend it and will be back to Cinnamon beach.

Another lovely stay.
We had 2 families, 5 kids, and less than perfect weather, but this lovely property made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The pool was a little cool when we arrived, but a quick call and someone was there to address the issue that same day. Everything we needed and more was provided, including beach and pool toys, and the house was very clean and well maintained. I actually preferred the location a few rows back from where we have stayed in the past, over closer to the beach where there are more houses.

Special Summer Vacation
We rented the Cinnamon Beach House for a family summer vacation and are extremely happy with the outcome! The house with its onsite amenities and the Cinnamon Beach resort amenities were awesome! One of my family members is ill and the elevator in the Cinnamon Beach House was the whole reason we rented it, it didn't work when we got there but was fully repaired by the time it was needed. My family came in from Nebraska and Colorado and left feeling rested and relaxed, all saying they would visit the area again and most definitely book the Cinnamon Beach House again. That's high praise from some very picky people! I have already highly recommended this house and the general location to several people and will continue to do so for anyone looking for a great beach vacation.

Great location, great house!
We had 2 families, 10 people, stay over spring break and we had plenty of room. The set-up was fantastic because the kids and adults could each have their own space. The 3rd floor deck was gorgeous with beautiful views and walking to the beach took only 4-5 minutes. Watching the birds in the pond in back of the house was always entertaining as well.

We had a great time here. The house was perfect for a family vacation. We could have gone to St Augustine more, but with so many amenities we didn't we didn't want to leave.
This house was a great find. We had so many things to do and the house was well supplied. It was nice that we could spend time with the family, but we had the luxury of escaping to be by ourselves too if we wanted to. The beach was beautiful, pools were clean, and anything we needed was right there. It was a great place.

Great Family Vacation
Overall a fantastic trip. We had 3 generations with us ranging from 8 - 70yrs old. Ocean Hammock and the Cinnamon Beach House had great amenities for all to enjoy. The weather was fantastic, the pool at the house was a hit with the children, and the long walks on the beach every morning and evening made the Grandparents happy. The house was immaculate & very comfortable. We loved the location and definitely are interested in bringing the whole family back next year!
